  • Your Zero Waste Bags will be shipped to you through Royal Mail within 5 working days. No need for you to be home to collect them! 
  • Keep your Zero Waste Bag in a dry place away from wet surfaces.
  • Send back your full bags with InPost. Check your nearest locker location here.
  • Make sure to only collect one type of rubbish per bag and drop off one bag per locker.

Simple and effective

Having separate waste streams you realise how much still goes to landfill. Nice to be able to recycle more than just via the council bins.

Great concept, fast efficient delivery.

I love the concept and I had fast and efficient delivery of my first bags. I've filled my pack of 6 small bags already and will return soon. Only slight criticism: a few of the glue strips have sprung open on the bags once I unpealed and tried sealing them - not ideal.

Not Affordable for All

While as a household we are lucky enough to afford to be able to do this, after many conversations with friends and family it's clear that the cost of using the terracycle zero waste bags puts the majority of people off. If our local authority decides to incinerate our waste going forward this will be a cheaper option for our household and a consideration for us going forward.
The fact that we have a very convienient drop off point helps to make this recycling scheme work at the moment.

Brilliant concept

System seemssound - am about to return my first bag of med blister packs - have felt very guilty about those - so am very pleased to find a reliable disposal/recycle route. Next bag will be audio cassettes - time to go ...

Small bag bundle

Simple returns process and great for recycling harder to recycle items that you might not collect lots of quickly (e.g. dental products, medicine blister packs). Quite expensive though but hopefully worth it to get these things properly recycled.
