- Your Zero Waste Bags will be shipped to you through Royal Mail within 5 working days. No need for you to be home to collect them!
- Keep your Zero Waste Bag in a dry place away from wet surfaces.
- Send back your full bags with InPost. Check your nearest locker location here.
- Make sure to only collect one type of rubbish per bag and drop off one bag per locker.
Verty easy to use. Only point of difficulty was in relation to the maximum size requirements, which didn't seem to bear any real relation to the size of the bag in question.

Regarding the maximum size requirements, we totally understand how they might feel a little unclear at first. The dimensions listed do match the bag’s capacity, but we’ll look at how we present that information to make it easier to visualise.

Was very expensive, but it is almost full so will send back once it is. Wouldn’t it be better to provide a postage paid label instead of another plastic bag ?

The whole process works really well. As I have had to order three large bags and one medium just to dispose of a lifetime’s supply of computer storage media, the price has been eye-watering but I look on it as the price we pay for profligate use of resources and I am learning to be much more careful will all my purchases in every aspect of my life.
